1、品管圈在临床带教老师培训中的应用效果[摘要]目的探讨品管圈在临床带教老师培训中的实践效果。方法2016年6〜20仃年6月新疆医科大学第二附属医院采用品管圈对临床带教老师进行培训,成立品管圈,通过选定活动主题、拟定活动方案、现状把握、设定目标、实施对策等方法实施教学培训。评价培训前后临床带教老师的教学能力、教学效果及实习护士的临床教学满意度。结果培训后临床带教老师的临床教学理论、临床护理知识分、临床技能及授课能力得分均高于培训前,差异均有统计学意义(Pv0.05)o使用品管圈手法后,实习护士理论成绩及操作成绩得分均高于培训前,差
