1、单操作孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术的临床应用分析［摘要］目的探讨单操作孔胸腔镜肺癌根治术的临床应用效果。方法选择2013年1月〜2015年12月在我院治疗的单操作孔胸腔镜下行肺癌根治术的患者64例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。31例患者采用单操作孔胸腔镜下手术为研究组，33例患者采用三孔胸腔镜下手术为对照组。比较两组患者术中、术后各项观察指标。结果两组术中淋巴结清扫组数、平均出血量、平均手术时间比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0・05)。研究组引流管留置时间、术后住院时间较对照组短，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组术后并发症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)»研究组在
