1、丹溪痛风方治疗痛风32例观察研究［摘耍］日的探讨丹溪痛风方治疗痛风的有效性。方法选择确诊为痛风患者64例，随机分为观察组和对照组各32例，观察组服用丹溪痛风方，对照组服用痛风定胶囊，连续用夯4周。观察治疗前后临床证候、主要化验指标（包括血尿酸、血沉）、止痛起效时间、止痛持续时间及1年内复发次数。结果观察组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率62.5%,两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）o观察组中医证候总有效率93.75%,对照组中医证候总有效率65.63%,两者差异有统计学意义（PV0.01）。治疗后两组临床症状（积分）均较治疗
2、前有明显改善（PV0.01）,但观察组改善情况更为明显，与对照组比较，两者差异有统计学意义（PV0.01）。治疗后两组主要化验指标（血尿酸、血沉）均较治疗前冇明显改善（PV0.01）,但观察组改善情况更为明显，与对照组比较两者差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）o观察组止痛起效时间、止痛持续时间与对照组比较，差异均有显著统计学意义（PV0.01）。随访1年发现，观察组痛风发作次数明显减少（PV0.01）,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（PV0.05）。结论丹溪痛风方治疗痛风明显优于痛风怎胶囊。［关键词］痛风；中医药治疗［中图分类号］R
