1、下肢静脉病变顺行造影及于•术治疗602例分析【关键词】下肢静脉病变【摘要】目的通过对640条下肢深静脉顺行造影及手术治疗进行分析。方法1995年1月〜2002年12月，共行下肢静脉顺行造影602例共640条患肢，手术564条患肢。结果原发性深静脉功能不全427条(66.72%),行股浅静脉第一瓣膜包窄术+人隐静脉高位结扎抽剥术427条(100%);深静脉血栓形成后遗症112条(17.5%),行大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥术36条(32.1%);单纯大隐静脉曲张96条，行•大隐静脉高位结扎抽剥术(100%);先天无瓣膜症2条
