1、［摘要］目的：探讨尤瑞克林对轻、屮度急性脑梗死的临床效用。方法：将40例轻、中度急性脑梗死的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组20例采用尤瑞克林治疗。对照组20例采用丹参治疗。对治疗前、后进行临床神经功能缺损程度的评定和疗效评分。测定治疗前、后平均血流速度(V)、平均血流最(Q)和外周血管阻力(R),全血黏度、血小板聚集率、红细胞压积。结果：治疗组有效率明显高于対照组(PV0.05)。治疗组用药后2周与用药前比较，治疗组与对照组治疗后比鮫：平均血流速度(V)和平均血流量(Q)均明显增加(PV0.05),外周血管阻力(R)均明显降低(P<
