5、ntages,conveniencesandeconomicbenefitstobothusersandAdministrations.Thisisbasedonarecognitionof:1)theneedbyAdministrationsforareductionintherequirementforoperatorassistance,adequatesecurityagainstfraudulentuseandfacilitatedbillingprocedures,whentelephonecallsaremadeatpublicfacilities;2)th

6、ecurrentandanticipatedcapabilitiesofcreditcardswhichcouldprovideincreasedsecurityandneworenhancedservicestousers;3)thegrowinguseofmoresophisticatedcreditcardsforavarietyofservicesandtransactions.Asaresult,Administrationsareencouragedtopreparefor,andintroduce,automatedinternationaltelephon
