5、inals,thereisarequirementtoensurethatsuchsystemsshouldhavethecapabilityofinterworkingwitheachother.1.2Itisthereforenecessarytodefinetheareasinwhichcommonproceduresorfacilitiesareessentialtoprovideastandardizedinternationalservicewhichmaybeaccessedbyawidevarietyofterminalsandwhichcanemployawide
