1、本科毕业论文(20届)尼泊金乙酯合成工艺的探究专业:应用化学摘要:尼泊金乙酯是由对羟基苯甲酸与低级脂肪醇乙醇形成的酯类化合物,是国内外常用的高效食品防腐剂和抑制剂。本文介绍了尼泊金乙酯的应用、性能特点及国内外尼泊金乙酯的研究现状,并从催化剂的角度阐述了几种合成方法合成方法。论文以对羟基苯甲酸和无水乙醇为原料,在催化剂的作用下合成了尼泊金乙酯,并通过对反应催化剂、反应温度、催化剂投料比等条件的选择,探讨了尼泊金乙酯的合成工艺,结果表明,当催化剂选二氯亚砜、对羟基苯甲酸/二氯亚砜的摩尔比为1.0/1
