1、微创治疗与药物治疗高血压脑出血的临床分析余永程】，杨华荣】，郑江环】，伍国锋2（1贵阳医学院第二附属医院神经内科，凯里5560002贵阳医学院附屈医院神经内科，贵阳550004）［摘要］目的：比较颅内血肿微创清除技术与内科保守治疗高血压脑岀血的临床疗效。方法:收集高血压性脑出血患者75例，根据治疗方式不同分为药物治疗组38例及微创治疗组37例，其屮微创治疗组在标准药物治疗的基础上，接受微创治疗，即采用最小侵入操作清除血肿。采用NIHSS评分对两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损评分，应用平均微小各向异性值（fractionalanisotropy,FA）评估

2、弥散张量成像DTI变化。结果：微创治疗组37例，药物治疗组38例，治疗前神经功能缺损差异无统计学意义，治疗后微创治疗组神经功能缺损程度及肌力恢复明显，2组比较差异有统计学意义（/X0.05）。结论：微创血肿清除术是治疗高血压脑出血的有效方法。［关键词］高血压；脑出血；微创血肿清除术；疗效Clinicalanalysiswithminimallytraumaticofhematomasandmedicalconservativetreatmentforhypertensiveintracerebralhemorrhage・YuYon^-chengYan
