2、cumenlsissuedbythecompetentauthoritiesreferredtoinform(2)oftheMinisterialDecreeNo.662of2008.(Thecomponentsofthisfileareusuallycollectedandcompletedduringtheexperimentalyearswhilethefilepresentedwiththeapplicationformispreliminary).2.Aftertheapprovalofthepreliminaryfile,the

3、stakeholderpresentsapreliminaryprogramcontainingalltherequireddataforasuggestedefficacytestingofthepesticide・Thisprogramisreviewedbythecommitteesecretariat.3.Afterreviewingandapprovingoftheprogrambybothparties,thestakeholderpresentsfouroriginalcopiesofitandthepesticideisse

6、.Coppercompounds,sulfur,mineraloilsanddifferenttypesofattractantsprovidedthattheyarenotmixedwithtraditionalpesticides;oneagricuIturalseason.5・Accordingtoarticle5oftheMinisterialDecreeNo.662of2008,thepesticideisnottoberegisteredbeforethePesticideCentralLaboratoryidentifiesi

7、tschemicalandphysicalproperties,uponwhichtheregistrationisbased,norbeforeitpassesal1theexperimentalphasesandshowsacceptableefficacyagainstthetargetedpest.6.Incasethepesticidepassestheexperimentalphasesandmeetsthetechnicalcriteria,arecommendationnoticefortheresultsisissuedi
