3、chseriouslyaffectsthesustainabledevelopmentofcollege.Therefore,ithastheimportantpracticalsignificanceofresearchontheMotivationofdouble-competencyteacherinhighervocationalcollegesanditsmeasures.Inthisthesis,basedontheincentivetheoryandtheresearchstatusathomeandabroad,firstly,fromatheor
