3、heinnovativepersonneltrainingmode.Currently,takingthestructure,standard,source,incentiveandcultivationintoconsideration,atransboundary“double-role”incentivemechanismbasedonthecooperationofschoolsandenterpriseshasn’tbeenestablishedyet.Itcanbereflectedfromthepostevaluationofthe“double-role”te
4、achers,whichstillfollowsthemodeandmethodoftheregularhighereducation.Intermsofthesalaryincentive,itfailstobuildadistributionsystemof“morepayformoreworkorbetterpayforbetterworkbetterreward”.Theenterpriseslackinitiativesincultivatingthe“double-role”teachers.The“cooperationbetweentheschoolanden
5、terprise”islimitedtoitsform,insteadofestablishingalong-termmechanismthat’smutualbeneficial.Anincentivemechanismisalsomissingintermsofthedefiningandevaluatingoftheenterprisepracticeofthe“double-role”teachers.Throughtheresearchontheincentivemechanismfor“double-roleteachers”inFvocationalschool
6、,thisarticleanalyzesthemajorfactorsthatinfluencethepotentialof“double-role”teacherssuchasthepersonaldesignoftheworkbasedonthetheoryofjobcharacteristicsmode,theeffectofleadersontheincentivemechanismof“double-role”teachers,theincentivefunctionofsalaryonthe“double-role”teachersandtheinfluenceo
