1、企业的发展离不开员工，而员工的发展离不开培训，培训是提高员工综合素质和工作业绩的有效手段之一。然而，许多企业在耗费巨大的人力、物力和财力后仍得不到预期的培训效果，究其原因是，企业未从实际情况出发，构建科学的培训体系，所进行的培训无法满足企业和员工长远发展的需要。企业只有为员工构建合理的培训体系，才能在激烈的人才竞争中吸引、维系和激励优秀人才，才能获得并保持持久的竞争优势。由此可见，构建完善的培训体系是企业培训管理中至关重要的环节，也是获得企业核心优势的关键所在。本文从企业培训的相关理论着手，通过运

2、用科学的分析工具和研究方法，对天智集团培训体系的现状、宏观和微观方面存在的问题进行了深度剖析，力图探索并建立起一套与其发展战略、企业背景和行业特点相适应的培训体系，使得培训工作真正满足企业和员工共同发展的需要，为企业获得持续性的人力资源核心优势奠定坚实的基础。与此同时，该培训体系能为有相似需求的企业提供指导，也为我国国企和民营企业相对落后的培训体系构建提供参考。关键词：企业培训体系，培训流程，培训评估ABSTRACTTheenterprisescannotdevelopwithoutemploye
