1、中文摘要目的：评价“择期疗法”治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效，探索传统医学“择期疗法''治疗慢性盆腔炎的作用机理。木研究来源于导师四川省教育厅课题3择期疗法'治疗湿热瘀结型慢性盆腔炎的评价研究方法：按随机、对照原则，选取符合慢性盆腔炎湿热瘀结型诊断标准患者64例作为研究对象进行临床研究，其中治疗组33例，对照组31例。本研究采用中药慢盆康汤，结合成药银甲片口服治疗。治疗组为“择期疗法”组，即选择经前7天开始服药，14天为一疗程；对照组为常规治疗组，28天为一疗程；两组均治疗两个疗程。采集两组治疗前后中医证候、局部体征及阴道分泌物检查

2、、B超检查资料，进行统计处理，评价临床疗效并分析讨论。结果：1.两组综合疗效比较：治疗组临床总有效率96.97%,对照组临床总有效率93.55%,经统计学分析，两组疗效菲异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o2.两组治疗后均能明显改善中医证侯，治疗组总冇效率为96.97%,对照组总有效率为93.55%,经统让学分析，两组中医证侯疗效差异无统让学意义(P>0.05)o3.两组治疗后均能明显改善局部体征，治疗组总有效率为90.91%,对照组体征总有效率为83.87%,两组体征疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论：中药“择期疗法”疗效肯定，疗
