1、'72555443•不I主新自由主义思想从兴起之日起就备受世界关注，2008年经济危机爆发后，将一直受西方发达资本主义国家所追捧的新自由主义推向了风口浪尖。批评的声音，质疑的声音从世界的各个地方不断地传来，贫富差距，两极分化，经济萧条等等所有尖锐的社会与经济问题都将根源归咎于新自由主义。曾经推动资本主义生产方式快速发展的新自由主义到底为何影响了世界诸多国家，又是因何遭到世界范围内的质疑与批评？本文就在介绍了新自由主义基本概念，发展历史，基本观点和在不同国家具体应用的基础上，经研究后准确地、全面地回答了这个问题。同时还分析了新自由主义带给西方发达国家（美国）、发展中拉美国家、中东地区以

2、及中国的消极影响，通过深入了解国内外各界人士对新自由主义的不同看法得岀结论，以此来正确的认识新自由主义防范其意识形态对我国的经济侵害，同时端正我们对待新自由主义的科学态度，以其为社会主义市场经济的协调发展做出贡献。本文结构大概为：第一章是导论，论述了该选题的研究背景、研究目的和恵义、研究方法、国内外新自由主义研究综述；第二章是新自由主义经济思想概述，介绍了新自由主义的产生、发展历史、基本理论、主要流派等；第三章阐述了新自由主义经济思想对发达国家、拉美地区和中东产生的消极影响：第四章分别对新自由主义的基本原则、经济政策、消费理论和华盛顿共识进行了批判；第五章就新自由主义经济思想对我国经
