3、-productofsugarproductionwhileusedastherawmaterialofalcoholproduction.Therefore,usingmolassestoproducealcoholisarecyclingofwasteandofimportantsignificancetoenvironmentalprotectionaswellasenergysaving.Alcoholproductionisakindofenergyintensiveprocessandtheconsumptionofs
4、teamandcoolingwaterfordistillationoccupies60-70%ofthetotalenergyconsumption.Therefore,reductionoftheenergyconsumptionfordistillationisthekeytoreducetheenergyconsumptionofalcoholproduction.However,thetraditionaldistillationprocessofmolassesalcoholhasthedisadvantagesofh
5、ugeenergyconsumption,lowqualityandlaggingtechnologyforequipments.Itisnecessarytochangethecurrentstatusunderthesituationofenergycrisis.Thescaledepositintherawdistillatorofmolassesalcoholseriouslyinaffectstheefficiencyofdistillationandthecostofequipmentsmaintenance.Inor
6、dertosolvetheproblem,anewtypeofefficientanticloggingroundfixed-valvetraywasadoptedintheimprovedprocesswhichwasdevelopedbyZhejiangUniversityofTechnologyDesignResearchInstitute.Thehydrodynamicperformancesofthenewfixed-valvetrayweretestedandcomparedwiththetraditionalfix
7、ed-valvetray.Thesimulationoftraditionalthree-columndistillationprocessofmolassesalcoholwasconductedwiththesoftwareAspenPlus.Afour-columndistillationprocesswasproposedbyprocessrecombinationtheorybasedontheanalysisofsimulationresults.Thesimulationandoptimizationofthefou
