1、AbstractAstheclinicalintractablecaseofsmallanimals,thecaninetumordiseasehasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattention.Inthisstudy,theauthorcollected104clinicalcasesofthecaninetumorsinYear2012inHefeithroughsomeresearchesandsurveys;investigatedtherelationshipbetweentumordiseasesandcaninespe
2、cies,sex,ageanddiet,etc.andmadestatisticalresultsbytheclinicaldatacollectionrecords;madeadetailedclassificationoftumorswithbenignandmalignantdifferentialdiagnosisbyhistopathologicalexaminationof32typicalcases;exploredthevalueoftumormarkersintheearlydiagnosisofcanineneoplasti
3、cdisease,thediagnosisofavarietyofmalignanttumorsandtumorscreeningbytumormarkersdeterminationin32casesofcaninetumors.Theresultswereasfollows:1.Caninetumordiseaseswerecloselyrelatedtocanines'species,sex,ageanddiet,etc.Therewere18varietiesofcaninewhichcangettumordiseases-Amongt
4、hese,PekingesedogsandtheHalf-Blooddogswerethetwocommonvarieties(25.96%and19.23%),andGoldenRetrieveralsohadahighincidencerate(13.46%).Theaverageageoftumorcanineswas7.43yearsold,skinandsofttissuetumorswas6.26yearsold,breastandbitchesgenitaltumorswas8.34yearsold,whichshowedthat
5、thebreastandbitchesgenitalcancershadahigheragethanothertumordiseases.Ingeneral,theincidenceofthetumordiseasetendedtooccurinyoungerageofdogs.45casesofbreastcancerswereallfrombitches'cases.30in38casesofskinandsofttissuetumorswerefrommaledogs,whichtook78.95%ofthetotal;8in38case
6、sofskinandsofttissuetumorswerefromfemaledogs,whichtook21.05%ofthetotal.Accordingtothedifferenteatinghabitsofcanines,thehighestincidencerateswereinturnthedogswhichwerefedwithleftovers,partialeclipse,meatswithrice,respectivelyreaching30%,27%,25%，taking82%ofthetotal,whilethelow
7、erincidenceratescametothedogswhichwerefedwithpuredogfoodandhomemadefood.2.Histopathologicalsectionscanbeusedasthebasisofthedeterminationofcanineneoplasticdiseases,whichhadcertainsignificancetocanineneoplasticdiseasediagnosis.Theanalysisoftumortissue,cellmorphology,degreeofpa
