2、sforgivingthisEuropeanStandardthestatusofanationalstandardwithoutanyalteration.Up—to—datelistsandbibliographicalreferencesconcerningsuchnationalstandardsmaybeobtainedonapplicationtotheManagementCentreortoanyCENmember.CEN成员须要遵守CEN/CENELEC内部规则，该规则保证了此欧洲标准在不作任何改动的情况就具有国
