1、广州大学硕士学位论文社区教育绩效管理研究——以广州番禺为例专业：项目管理硕士生：谢颖仪指导教师：余中东摘要社区教育是一定地域范围内，面向社区全体居民开展的教育学习活动和过程，其本体功能是服务社区建设，促进社区的可持续发展。社区教育作为实现学习型社会的基础性教育工程，其大力发展，对建设学习型社会，促进人的全面发展，推进社会进步有着不可替代的现实意义。以推动社区教育发展为目的，本文将从社区教育绩效的角度出发，探讨如何对其进行有效的管理。在研究过程中，本文将以全国社区教育示范区——广州市番禺区为例，通过对该地区社区教育工作推进过程中的各种要素进行分

2、析，查找缺漏和不足之处，以此为基础研究社区教育项目绩效管理的基本内容、社区教育项目绩效的评价目标和指标设计，最终达到建立社区教育项目绩效评价指标体系的预期效果，以此作为衡量该地区及至其它地区社区教育有效发展的参考依据与工作指引。同时，文本也将结合该社区教育绩效评价指标体系，通过采样进行案例对比分析，进一步验证其可性行与可借鉴性。关键词：社区教育；学习型社会；绩效管理；评价指标I社区教育绩效管理研究——以广州番禺为例ResearchingthePerformanceofCommunityEducationManagement-UsingPany
