1、间苯三酚联合地西泮在产程中应用临床观［摘要］目的观察间苯三酚联合地西泮在产程进展中作用。方法选择正常初产妇，宫口开大2〜3cm、伴宫颈水肿80例。随机分为间苯三酚联合地西泮组（实验组40例），待宫口开大2〜3cm后给予间苯三酚40mg静脉推注，地西泮10mg静脉推注。间苯酚组（对照组40例）,待宫口开大2〜3cm后，给予间苯三酚40mg静脉推注。观察两组产妇用药后的产程变化及围产儿结局。结果①用药至宫口开全的时间，实验组平均为（3.2±0.31）h,对照组平均为（4.5±0.4）h,两组比较，差异有显著统计学意义（t=7.
2、54,P<0.01）o②用药后2h的宫颈水肿消失率，实验组为97.5%,对照组为90%,两组比较，差异有统计学意义（x2二8.04,P<0.01）；用药后2h较用药前平均宫口开大，实验组（4.5±0.2）cm,对照组平均为（2.5±0.4）cm,两组比较，差异有显著统计学意义（t=7.63,P<0.01）o③实验组用药后30min,4例孕妇胎心率基线下降至（110~120）次/min,约60min后恢复。对照组无胎心率异常。④阴道分娩率，实验组为92.5%,对照组为95%,两组比较，差异无统计学意（x2=0.67,P>0.
