1、北京市高学历女性的初次就业问题的研究摘要女性就业一直都是社会关注的话题。而高学历女性作为这个群体中的一部分，其就业就显得更加重要。然而，近几年來，市场就业压力不断增大已成为不争的事实，受08年下半年经济危机的影响，失业率持续上升，高学历女性的初次就业问题就显得更加突出，主要表现为四点：一、高学历女性在求职过程中遭遇到性别歧视。二、高学历女性的就业质量有所降低。三、高学历女性就业领域往往比男性窄。四、高学历女性选择结婚或继续深造来逃避就业。针对高学历女性初次就业中存在的问题，本论文从经济、女性自身、学校教育、社会观念、法律法规和人口等方面进行了深入、系统的研究，总结
