1、成人胫腓骨骨折130例治疗分析成人胫腓骨骨折130例治疗分析更新日期：2009-07-13点击：洪明飞陶锡东顾湘杰提要总结并分析了成人胫腓骨骨折130例的治疗效果，其中切开复位内固定74例(为A组)，手法整复小夹板(或石膏)外固定、跟骨牵引小夹板外固定56例(为B组)，治疗结果为优良率A组占89.48%、B组占75.00%,经统计学处理，两组疗效差别有统计学意义(PV0.05)o认为普通钢板适用于胫骨干任何部位的多类型骨折内固定,保留骨膜的血供对骨愈合有重要意义；加压钢板仅适用于上1/3至下1/3段横形骨折；单侧外固定支架更适应于开
