2、注,24h后心脏灌注固定,取脑做连续冠状冰冻切片,光镜下观察拍照,无偏差计数法计算细胞密度。结果:统计结呆显示假手术组和缺血组的分子层细胞较少,而锥体细胞层的细胞较多;从前额皮层和额叶来看,颛叶的细胞密度较低,而前额皮层的细胞密度较高;给予Rapa,可以看出,缺血前12h给药组的细胞数较多,而缺血前30min给药组的细胞较少。由此可得损伤主要在颍叶的分子层;缺血前12h给雷帕霉索的效果优于缺血前30min给雷帕霉索。结论:雷帕霉索对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤有保护效应。【关键词】雷帕霉素;脑缺血;再灌注损伤;保护Toinvestigatetheprot
