1、淮北师范大学2013届学士学位论文局部根区水氮耦合对番茄植株矿质养分的影响学院、专业生命科学、生物科学研究方向植物生态学学生姓名陈小妹学20091501016指导教师姓名指导教师职称教車2013年5月26日局部根区水氮耦合对番茄植株矿质养分的影响陈小妹(淮北师范人学生命科学学院)(指导老师:束良佐)摘要:本实验以番茄为试验对象,研究交替根区灌溉以及水氮耦合方式对番茄的生物量以及植株中氮、磷、钾浓度的影响,为设施农业和生产实践提供理论指导与试验支撑。结果表明交替根区灌溉其节水稳产效应在低灌溉量条件下更加突出;同时也发现在同一灌溉方式下,硝态氮处理的植株在后期地上部全氮含量平均值整体上耍高于
2、鞍态氮处理;而这两种氮形式对于磷的吸收没有明显的影响但对于钾的影响则与全氮相似。在同一氮形态下,交替灌溉与止常灌溉相比,可以提高植株地上部各器官的全氮含量;对于磷的影响,交替灌溉要优于止常灌溉;在同一氮形态下,灌水量的不同也对植株全钾含量产生显著性差异,说明灌水量的降低影响了植株叶片和茎部位全钾含量。关键词:局部根区灌溉;水氮耦合;氮、磷、钾CouplingeffectsofwaterandnitrogensupplyonmineralnutritionoftomatoplantunderpartialrootzoneChenXiao・mei(SchoolofLifeScience,Hu
