3、ageandservicescheduling.ItisemphasizedthatthisthesisfocusesontheVoIPandmobilestreamingmediaoptimizationandproposeanewstrategyalgorithmforeachproblem.Themaincontentsofthisthesisareasfollows:First,thisthesisstudiesthevarioustechnologiesofmobileinternetdataservices,suchastheidentificatio
