2、行体制的优势及弊端进行详述，并针对存在弊端的原因从产权制度、法人治理结构等方面进行了理论层面的透析。第五章是最后一章，阐述了山西省农村信用社管理体制改革的现实选择，并从总体思路、具体对策及外部环境的优化等三个方面提出了对策和建议，力图探索岀一条适合山西省情的农村信用社管理体制改革之路。【关键词】农村信用社管理体制产权模式AbstractThroughmorethan50years?development,theRuralCreditCooperatives(RRC)havebeenanimportantpartofthefinancialsystem
3、ofChina・SincethefoundationofRRC,therehavebeenseveraltimesofreformation,andhaswongreatachievements・However,whilesupportingtheruraleconomy,theRRCitselfhasaccumulatedsomanyproblemswhichneedtobesolvedquickly.In2003,ChinalaunchednewreformationintheRRCsphere・Andtillnow,therehaveforme
4、dfourreformationmodesthroughoutthecountry.ThatistheJiangsumode,theruralcooperativebankmode,theruralcommercialbankmode,andtheShanghai-Beijing-ChongqingMode.Everymodehasitsobviousregionalcharacteristics,relatingtotheirdevelopinglevelofthecountryside・Alongwiththereformationofthena
5、tion,themanagingsystemofRRCofShanxiprovincemadecorrespondingreformationin2003.Inconsiderationoftheleveloftheeconomicdevelopmentandotherfactors,ShanxiprovincesetuptheprovincialunionoftheRRC,chosetheJiangsumodeasthemanagingmodetemporarily.InthecurrentmanagingmodeofRRCofShanxiprov
