1、企业融资风险问题研究摘要在日益激烈的市场竞争环境下，为了增强自身的竞争实力并获取更多的利润，企业面临着不断增加资金需求的局面，融资活动变得非常重要。只有筹集到足够的资金，企业的生产经营活动才能正常开展，并给企业带来巨大的收益。然而，在我国加入世贸组织以后，市场经济的发展日趋成熟和国际化，企业作为市场的主体参与市场竞争，必须认清面临的各种风险，正确理解风险的存在，这样才能在市场竞争中识别、防范、化解和规避风险，才能避免运营中不可预见的损失，达到预期的经营发展目标。因此，研究融资风险问题具有非常重要的现实意义。文章首先介绍了融资及融
2、资风险的一些相关知识，如融资的基本概念、企业的融资方式和融资特点；其次，从企业的融资结构、融资时机和方式、负债规模等五个方面分析了融资风险产生的内部原因；然后从经营风险、预期现金流入量和资产流动性等四个方面分析了融资风险形成的外部原因；最后，针对融资风险产生的内因和外因，从融资结构、负债规模、经营风险、资产流动性等方面，提出防范和和控制融资风险的相应措施。关键词：融资风险；融资结构；负债规模；经营风险OurCountryEnterpriseFinancingRiskProblemResearchAbstractIntheincr
