1、摘要清洁生产是一种新的、创造性的污染物源头控制思想，在国内外很多行业已经得到了广泛的应用。清洁生产审核作为清洁生产的中心思想，是对企业的生产过程进行调查和诊断，判定出企业不符合清洁生产的地方，进而选定技术经济及环境可行性清洁生产方案，最终通过清洁生产方案的实施实现减污和增效。本论文结合LLH水泥厂的实际情况，以清洁生产审核模式为中心，运用清洁生产理论，对LLH水泥厂清洁生产审核模式进行了细致分析，确定了清洁生产审核的重点和清洁生产的目标，通过对熟料制备车间和水泥制备车间物料平衡、热量平衡和水平衡的

2、分析，找到了高能耗、高物耗、废物产生的部位，提出和实施了清洁生产方案，并验证了企业实施清洁生产不但会创造社会效益和环境效益，而且还会创造可观的经济效益。总结出LLH水泥厂清洁生产模式的具体实施中的一些好的经验和做法，为其它新型干法水泥企业开展清洁生产审核与改进提供了许多借鉴。本论文理论联系实际，具有很强可操作性，对LLH水泥厂的持续清洁生产审核及同行业其它企业实施清洁生产审核能够起到具体的参考与指导作用。关键词水泥；清洁生产；审核ABSTRACTABSTRACTBeingasthenewandcr
