7、做菜。”君王大怒:“明明是糖好吃,你却给我吃盐!”不分青红皂白就把詹厨师给杀了。詹厨师的徒弟以糖调味做菜,不几天,君王就吃不下去了,这才知道盐的好处。后来,人们把詹厨师尊为厨师的“祖师爷”。所以说,盐是人类使用的第一个食品添加剂。1.2定义:食品添加剂是指为改善食品色、香、味和口感,增加营养、延长保质期,以及为了改善食品加工工艺,而添加到食品中的天然或合成的使用安全物质。1.3分类:食品添加剂按其
