1、兰州市城关区2008年恶性肿瘤发病特点与分析魏政琴①摘要目的了解和分析兰州市城关区2008年居民恶性肿瘤发病的流行特点和趋势，为开展重点人群的综合防治提供依据。方法收集整理城关区登记报告的2008年1月1日～12月31日常住人口中恶性肿瘤的发病资料，统计分析其发病率及其主要指标。结果2008年城关区登记报告恶性肿瘤1996例，恶性肿瘤发病率和标化率分别为221.17/10万和184.33/10万。其中男性恶性肿瘤发病1129例，发病率为251.29/10万，占总发病的56.56%；女性恶性肿瘤发病8
2、67例，发病率为191.30/10万，占总发病的43.44%；男性恶性肿瘤发病比高出女性13.12%。男女性随着年龄增长恶性肿瘤的发病率有逐渐上升趋势，男性发病率明显高于女性,性别比为1.3：1。恶性肿瘤发病居前十位的依次是肺癌、胃癌、肝癌、直肠癌、乳腺癌、宫颈癌、食管癌、脑肿瘤、胆囊癌和膀胱癌。结论城关区居民恶性肿瘤以呼吸、消化系统肿瘤及女性乳腺癌、宫颈癌为主。多部门应采取积极措施来进行综合防治，以降低恶性肿瘤对居民健康的危害。关键词恶性肿瘤；发病特点；预防控制[中图分类号]R651.1[文献标识
