1、毕业设计(论文)题目:白沙和红沙枇杷采后生理变化比较研究专业:园艺白沙枇杷和红沙枇杷采后生理变化比较研究摘要:本实验通过对不同品种的白沙枇杷与红沙枇杷的采后生理指标测定、分析,为白沙枇杷和红沙枇杷制定合适的贮藏运输方法提供实验数据基础与理论分析支持。以两种白沙枇杷宁海白和白玉、四种红沙枇杷红毛丫头、鸡蛋红、解放钟和红灯笼为实验材料,在4℃冷藏条件下,每隔一周对生理指标进行测定,主要涉及失重率、硬度、色差、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量、可滴定酸(TA)含量、维生素C含量以及腐烂率的测定,比较白沙枇杷与红沙枇杷采后生理变化的差异。结果表明,
2、白沙枇杷与红沙枇杷的单果重、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量、可滴定酸(TA)含量和维生素C含量均在4℃冷藏贮藏条件下随着时间的延长而减小,硬度、色差色泽指数随着时间延长而增大。白沙枇杷的可溶性固形物(TSS)含量、可滴定酸(TA)含量和维生素C含量整体高于红沙枇杷,红沙枇杷的色泽指数整体高于白沙枇杷。还测定液泡酸性转化酶的相对表达量。荧光定量PCR结果显示,枇杷液泡酸性转化酶基因相对表达含量随着时间的推移,在不同品种中其表达呈现逐渐上升的趋势,这与蔗糖含量呈显著负相关。关键字:白沙枇杷;红沙枇杷;采后生理Abstract:Inthisex
