2、增加，目前已发展演化成一种的食品安全危机，可以说已经严重威胁到了人们的身体健康和生命安全。因此，对食品安全危机的有效管理成为整个社会一个亟待解决的问题。本文首先，以食品危机的定义和分类为切入点对三鹿奶粉事件进行定性分析和概括分类。其次，分析并阐述三鹿奶粉事件爆发的主要原因：政府监督机制不完善、制度失误、管理过程漏洞百出；三鹿集团经营价值观扭曲；消费者食品危机意识淡薄；社会监督软弱无力。最后，针对我国目前食品危机管理机制急需变革的客观现实，对我国构建新的食品危机管理机制提出几点建议：政府完善食品安全法律法规，强化行政监管机制，加大资金投入提高食品安全检测水平，取消食品行业的免检制度，
