7、·························································16Ⅰ[摘要]蟹壳是人们日常生活中食用海鲜等以后剩下废弃物,蟹壳中Ca含量丰富,是一种很好钙补充料。本论文主要研究了以市场上销售的蟹壳为原料,利用超微粉碎技术将蟹壳粉碎,通过正交实验筛选出超微蟹粉的加工工艺和基本性质(吸附性、溶解性、分散性)。通过前期准备了解到通过气流粉碎技术对蟹粉进行超微粉碎,效果显著。采用气流磨粉碎机对蟹粉进行超微处理的最佳处理条件是:进料粒度600目,进料速度0.15g/s,气流

8、压力等于0.66MPa,采用3次粉碎。对超微蟹粉的性质进行研究,得出超微粉体易溶解于水,而且在水中的分散速度更快。本文对蟹壳的超微粉碎,使蟹壳资源利用率得到一定的提高,为更加有效合理利用蟹壳资源以及以后蟹壳资源的开发利用提供一些帮助。[关键词]超微粉碎;蟹粉;气流粉碎;粒径分布14Studyonthesuperfinepowderofcrabsandtheb
