1、人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床观察【摘要】目的观察并评价人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法随机选取120例我院于2013年2月至2014年2月所收治的重型肝炎患者，将其平均分为对照组和观察组，两组均实施内科综合治疗，观察组加施人工肝血浆置换术进行治疗。观察并比较两组患者经治疗后的临床症状、肝功能及各项生化指标的变化、不良反应的发生情况。结果经治疗，两组患者各项生化指标均有所改善，但观察组的改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)；对照组治疗总有效率为65.00%，观察组治疗总有效率为90.00%，观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.0
2、5)；对照组14例出现不良反应，观察组2例出现不良反应，观察组不良反应的产生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，具统计学意义。结论利用人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎可明显提高临床疗效，缓解临床症状，同时其不良反应的产生率低，可有效减轻患者痛苦，可在重型肝炎的临床治疗当中广泛推广。【关键词】人工肝血浆置换术重型肝炎Clinicalobservationofartificialliverplasmaexchangeinthetreatmentofseverehepatitis[Abstract]ObjectiveToobserveandevaluatetheclin
