4、adeprotectionism,unilateralismandhegemonismbroughthugechallengesfortradeandinvestmentliberalizationandfacilitation.Inthefaceofunprecedentedchangesinthepastcentury,inordertoputXiJinpingThoughtonSocialismwithChineseCharacteristicsforaNewEraandtheguidingprincipl

5、esofthe19thNationalCongressoftheCommunistPartyofChinaintoaction,theStateTaxationAdministration(STA)highlyfocusedontheCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChinaandtheStateCouncil’soverallworkarrangementontaxationinthenewera.Tobemorespecific,theSTAhasdevotedits

6、elftodeepentaxationreformandbuiltconsensuswithallpartiestocreateenablingenvironmentforinternationaltaxationcooperationanddevelopment.Firstly,theSTAcomprehensivelydeepenedtheBeltandRoadInitiative(BRI)taxcooperation.In2018,theSTAjointlyorganizedtheBRITaxCoopera
