1、本科毕业论文学院、系国际商务系专业名称会计学年级09级学生姓名指导教师2012年10月15日关于会计管理体制的探讨摘要关于会计管理体制的探讨，主要就是要解决会计信息失真和内部人控制，以及国有资产流失等现象；而从根木上讲，就是要使微观经济组织建立现代企业制度，从宏观上使全社会的经济资源得到最佳配置，从而维护资本市场的止常运作，维护企业相关利益主体的权益，维护最有效率的产权制度安排。企业是契约的集合体，而会计是企业契约集合体的核心Z所在，是企业相关利益主体的权利与利益关注的焦点。企业治理结构所要解决的就是企业相关利益者在企业的权益分布及相互之间的一种权利制衡关系，会计管理体

2、制也是要在和关利益主体之间建立起一个权益制衡关系。会计管理体制是企业治理结构的组成部分，是企业治理结构的细化。同时会计管理体制和会计纽织机构的运行和设立要以治理结构为依据，会计管理体制是在治理结构基础上的进一步展开。现代企业治理原则正在逐步走出股东至上的传统思维定式，从单边治理走向共同治理。我国国有企业治理结构的改革是一个制度变迁过程。在建立有效的国有企业治理结构的时候,应该从屮国的国情出发，探讨我国国有企业治理结构的改善必须结合我国现实条件约束。改革国有金业治理结构的基本思路，是用共同治理改造行政干预下的经营者控制。关键词：企业会计管理体制，现代企业制度，企业治理结构
