2、equirements.Thisincludesbutisnotlimitedto:•EN71/BSEN71;•EUToysSafetyRegulations2009/48/EC;•ReachRegulation(EC)•RoHS2002/95/EC•WEEEDirective2012/19/EU•EN62115/EN50088•94/62/ECPackagingmaterials•SCCP•USAASTMF963;•USAC.P.S.I.A(HR4040);•USACPSCRegulations;•TPCH(CONEG)•ASTM

3、F2923•ASTMF2999•InternationalStandards–ISO8124;•CanadaConsumerProductSafetyAct(CCPSA)•CanadaToysRegulations(SOR/2011-17);•CanadaHazardousProducts(Toys)Regulations;•JapaneseFoodSanitationLaws;Productsmustalwaysconformtoandcomplywiththelatestversionoftheregulations.Theve

4、ndorswillcooperatetoperformsafetytestingonallproductsmanufacturedforK&M,andsupplysamplesandothernecessaryinformationtothedesignatedlabtocompletethetestingbeforeshipping.Ifvendordoesnotprovidesamplesontimeandcausesshippingtooccurbeforethecreationoftestreports,alllossesi

5、ncurredbyK&Mwillbechargedtothevendor.InitialtestingchargewillbepaidbyK&M.Ifanyre-testisrequiredduetoquality,safety,orotherissues,there-testchargewillbecoveredbythevendor.K&Mwillperformrandomtestingonproductsreceivedinourwarehouses.Anyproductsfailingtestingwillbringarec

6、allatthevendor’sexpense.4.2-QUALITYCONTROLEachofourpurchaseorderswillbesubjecttoqualitycontrolinspectionduringproductionand/orpriortoshipment.In-lineInspection:K&MQuality&Safetydepartmentwillcontactyoutoscheduleanappointmentwhenanin-linequalitycontrolinspectioninthefac

7、torywilltakeplace.Thevendormustsendanin-lineinspectionrequestwhentheproductionis10%to20%finished.AllproductionwillbecomparedtotheQCsampleonsiteandmustbefoundtobeinconformance.FinalRandomInspection(FRI):thevendormustsendinspectionrequesttwoweekspriortotheshipmentdate,an
