3、zation,inabilitytoimplementenvironmentalprotectionpolicies,andsoon.Therefore,thepowerindustrymustbesubjecttoamarket-orientedrestructuring.In2000,thepilotprojects"SeparatingPowerplantsfromPowerGridsandBiddingtoGenerate"wascarriedoutin6provinces(municipalities).Certainachievement
