3、ngeof1300-1500℃.Whenusinggraphitecrucible,temperaturehaslittleinfluenceonfinalmasspercentofcarGbonw[C]becauseofthecarburizationeffect.Decarburizationdegreerisessignificantlywithincreasinggasinjectionrateandw[C]canbereducedto3?2%atmostwhenusingMgOcrucible.Lowertemperatureorhighergasinjectionr
4、ateispropitioustopromotedesilicationreaction,butonly5%-10%ofdesilicationratiocouldbeobtainedin20min.Thefinalmasspercentofsiliconw[Si]whenusingMgOcrucibleislowerthanthatwhenusinggraphitecrucible.ExGperimentalresultsalsodemonstratethatCO2injectionhasnoeffectontheconcentrationofmanganese,sulfur
