6、sessmentofgriddevelopments,accordingtotheresultsofassessingtwocitynetworks.KEYWORDS:distributionnetwork;coordinationofdevelopments;assessmentsystem;AnalyticHierarchyProcess;assessmentmodel;assessmentstandard摘要:作为配电网发展的必然趋势,协调性和町持续性评估尚且缺乏有效的手段,为此构建了配电网发展协调性的评价指标体系与方法。首先,从供电可靠性、设备利用率水平和
7、运行经济性等三个方面出发,建立可综合考虑各级配电网之间、配电网与负荷之间的发展协调性评估指标体系,并提出体系中各指标的计算方法;其次,利用主观赋权法,确定体系中的各指标的权重关系,以正确反映协调性各个侧面的匝要程度;最后,为解决评估过程中指标实现程度优劣的判定问题,利用三角模糊层次分析法提出能够针对电网发展阶段性差异影响的指标评估标准。通过对两个现状城网评价的结果,衣明了本文所建立的评价体系和方法在电网协调发展评价中应用的有效性和实用性。关键词:配电网;发展协调性;评估体系;层次分析法;评估模型;评估标准1引言协调性的含义,可理解为“匹配程度”,电网发展协调性是指
