1、自然分娩的产时服务模式探讨沈小琴沈小琴(彭州市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心四川彭州611930)【摘要】目的：探究优质产时服务模式在产妇自然分娩中的应用价值和效果。方法：从我院2014年06月〜2015年12月间产科收治的有自然分娩意愿的产妇中选取200例，按照产妇入院次序将其分别纳入干预组和对照组中，每组100例。对照组应用常规产时护理服务，干预组采取优质产时服务模式进行干预,并将两组的自然分娩率、剖宫产率、产后出血情况以及母婴并发症情况作比较。结果：干预组的自然分娩率要显著地高于对照组，剖宫产率要明显低于对照组,其对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05
2、)。干预组(6.0%)的母婴并发症总发生率明显要低于对照组(25.0%),其对比存在显著的差异性，具备统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：在产妇自然分娩中应用优质产时服务模式，有利于降低产妇剖宫产率，减少母婴并发症，值得在产科予以推广和应用。【关键词】产时服务模式；自然分娩；全程陪伴【中图分类号】R714【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)18-0029-02DiscussionontheservicemodeofnaturalchildbirthShenXiaoqin.MaternalandChildHealthCareFamil
