2、利用计算机进行脊柱病变区域的数字化三维重建和快速成型,并将其应用于临床。,结果:术中所见与术前数字化三维重建显示和测量结果完全一致。6例患者脊柱均采用快速成型技术制作脊柱畸形模型,模型与脊柱畸形的外形尺寸完全一致,6例患者按计划完成手术过程顺利,矫形和内同定满意,未现神经、血管损伤等并发症。术后X线和CT复查显示矫形效果满意,侧凸矫正率40.7%,后凸矫正率45.6%.椎弓根螺钉位置正确。结论:脊柱数字化重建与快速成型能够精确和肓观地反映脊柱畸形情况,从而指导制定手术计划和手术操作。【关键词】脊柱畸形;侧凸;
