1、健康教育对妊娠期高血压疾病患者治疗依从性及妊娠结局的影响健康教育对妊娠期高血压疾病患者治疗依从性及妊娠结局的影响摘要：目的：考察对于妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇的健康教育对其治疗依从性和妊娠结局的影响。方法：将2012年4月至8月间就诊并符合要求的妊娠期高血压高危孕妇88例确定为考察对象。对其进行问卷调查，调查项目包括妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇健康信念和遵医行为，内容包括患者基本情况、遵医行为、健康信念，并对所得资料进行统计学分析。结果：妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇健康信念得分为(68.07±6.08)分，遵医行为得

2、分为(8.13±1.978)分，两者呈正相关，遵医行为的各个方而祁与健康信念呈显著正相关(P<0.01)o而治疗依从性和妊娠结局之间也是正关系，患者依从性良好和依从性差之间的差异，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)o结论：对妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇的健康教育，会对患者的遵医行为造成影响，进而影响到妊娠结局。关键词：健康教育妊娠期高血压治疗依从性妊娠结局Doi：10.3969/j.issn.1671-8801.2014.02.024Healtheducationinpatientswithgestationalh
