1、Pt/SAPO-11催化剂上长链烷桂临氢异构化反应产物分布的研究张飞耿承辉高志贤*周敬来任杰(中科院山西煤炭化学研究所山西太原030001)(浙江工业大学化工学院,杭州310014)摘要:通过Pt/SAPO-11催化剂上的长链烷坯临氢异构化反应实验,探索临氢异构化反应机制和产物分布的变化规律,确定较佳的操作条件。研究结果表明,长链烷怪临氢异构化反应机制为含过渡态的平行一顺序反应机制。随着反应温度的提高,反应转化率、多支链异构体和裂解产物的收率连续提高,而单支链界构体收率呈先提高后降低的变化规律。随着反应压力的提高,转化率连续降低,单甲基异构体的生成反应
2、选择性明显提高。随着空速或氢烧摩尔比的提高,转化率逐渐降低,反应选择性则逐渐提高。关联分析结果表明,单甲基异构体分布与反应转化率有一是的对应关系,随看反应转化率的提高,支链靠近碳链中心的单甲基异构体含量呈现先增多然后趋于稳定的变化规律。在压力0.5〜1.5MPa、温度310〜33O°C、转化率超过60%条件下进行反应,可获得较佳的产物分布。关键词:临氢异构化,SAP0-11,长链烷坯,产物分布,催化剂StudyontheproductdistributionoflongchainalkanehydroisomerizationoverPt/SAPO-1
