2、IF-1α蛋白的表达水平并探讨其与临床病理学特征的关系。结果中老年宫颈癌组织中Glut-1蛋白的阳性表达率为58.75%、HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达率为73.75%,正常宫颈组织中Glut-1蛋白的阳性表达率为25.00%、HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达率为10.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);宫颈癌组织中HIF-1α蛋白的阳性表达在不同的肿瘤组织学分级、FIGO分期中差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),宫颈癌组织中Glut-1蛋白的阳性表达在不同年龄段的宫颈癌患者、肿瘤肌层浸润深度、是否伴有淋巴结转移的患者中差异具有统计学意义
