1、麻黄汤超微饮片和传统饮片水溶性和醇溶性浸出物对比探究[摘要]目的对比研究麻黄汤超微饮片与传统饮片水溶性及醇溶性浸出物,为复方中药超微饮片临床应用提供科学依据。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴定麻黄汤水溶性、醇溶性浸出物定量测定,对超微饮片与传统饮片浸出物进行对比研究。结果超微饮片水溶性浸出物平均值为(0.2284±0.0061)g,显著高于传统饮片(0.1481±0,0025)g,两者之比为1.53;超微饮片醇溶性浸出物平均值为(0.0493±0.0038)g,显著高于传统饮片(0.0393±0.0027)g,两者之比为1.
