1、外资银行对我国银行业的影响及对策研究摘要2006年12月11H,伴随着《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例》的正式实施，我国结束了五年过渡期，全面履行入世吋对银行业开放的承诺。外资银行的全面进入必将导致我国银行业市场格局、市场主体的行为模式发生深刻的变化，相应地，也给我们提出了一系列待回答的现实问题：外资银行全面进入主耍采取什么形式？进入后重点采取什么样的竞争策略？这些策略会对我国银行业产牛什么样的影响？我国又如何让应对外资银行全面进入所带来的机遇与挑战？研究这些现实问题，探讨应对策略，为银行发展战略和

2、国家金融政策的制定提供决策依据，有着重要的现实意义和理论价值。本文正是利用现代经济学的基本分析工具在这个方面的一个尝试，本文由3部分构成：第一部分概述了外资银行在中国的发展，并结合资料表述了外资银行在中国的发展状况。第二部分分析了外资银行的优势并结合我国的实际情况从理论与实证两方面，对外资银行进入给我银行业带来的影响进行了具体的阐述。最后，在前面分析的基础上，提出了我国应对外资银行全面进入的对策建议。从微观层面來说，我国银行尤其是国有银行，应大力培育和提升自身的核心竞争力以应对外资银行的激烈竞争。2
