4、ents1917摘要随着现代人们生活水平的提高和人们生活方式的改变，人们的生活节奏越来越快，人们在社会生活中的对效率的要求也越来越高。这时洋快餐进入了我们的生活,影响着我们的生活，改变着我们中国人的饮食观念，危害着我们的身心健康，也在某种程度上形成了对于中国传统饮食文化的侵袭。本文从洋快餐在中国的发展，其对中国影视文化的影响，包括食物的选择、厨具的变化、进食方式、饮食观念、身心健康，其迅速发展的原因等方面进行研究和分析，提出了解决当前面临文化侵袭所应该采取的措施。为中国民族饮食文化的保护和适合中国人自己特色的中式快餐的发展找到了出路。关键词：洋快餐；饮食文化；饮食观念；中式快餐17
