5、sProvincialCapitalaswellas二线城市各省(自治区)省会城市,CitiesChongqing,Qingdao,Dalian,以及重庆、青岛、大连、Ningbo,Suzhou,Wuxi,宁波、苏州、无锡、厦门、Xiamen,Foshan,Dongduan,佛山、东莞、唐山、温州、Tangshan,Wenzhou,Nantong南通ThirdClassAllothersnotmentionedabove三线城市除以上城市之外的其它县Citiesand及以下市below*港澳台地区例外*HongKong
