6、ybecorrectandisbaseduponacriticalmisinterpretationofakeytext,namely,thestoryaboutapaṇḍaka1whowasordainedasaBhikkhuandwho,overcomebysexualdesire,wentaroundtryingtopersuadeotherBhikkhusandlaypersonstosodomizehim.Afterseverallaypersons2didso,theSaṅghawasc
